From Indianapolis to Istanbul, the world abounds with talented musicians who write, perform and record great music. Unfortunately, due to the choke-hold that corporate radio currently has on the airwaves, most of us never get to hear it. Our mission at Froglix is not simply to “change all that” but, more importantly, to make a positive impact by creating a radio station that not only embraces indie music but one that advocates on its behalf as well…on behalf its artists, fans and the worldwide indie music community as a whole.
Founded in 2009, Froglix Radio is a commercial free internet radio station that offers listeners a true alternative to mainstream radio and provides independent/unsigned artists around the world a unique opportunity to reach beyond their current boundaries and share their music with a global audience.
We are not record company moguls pushing our latest band nor are we corporate radio executives out to sell advertising time. We have no ulterior motives or hidden agendas.
Froglix Radio is now and always will be about the music…plain and simple.
